Heritage Lottery Fund’s Start-Up Fund and Transition Funding Programme are both coming to an end on 27th July 2016.

The Start-up Grants programme provides funding for groups in the UK to help them create a new organisation to look after or engage with heritage, or for existing groups taking on new responsibilities for heritage.

The Transition Funding Programme offers grants of between £10,000 and £100,000 are available to not-for-profit organisations, and partnerships led by not-for-profit organisations, that want to achieve significant strategic change in order to become more resilient and sustain improved management of heritage for the long term. Organisations may also apply for support from a dedicated HLF mentor.

For both of these, there is only one month left to apply.
